RestNest by MFA Return Policy

At RestNest by MFA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers have a great experience. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Our return policy is outlined below in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the regulations of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

1. Change of Mind Returns

  • Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after the mattress has been opened or used.

  • If the mattress is unopened and in its original packaging, a return may be considered within 14 days of the purchase date. Approval is subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • All return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

  • If you believe your mattress is faulty or defective, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product by contacting our Customer Service Team at [email address] with your order number, details of the defect, and any supporting photos or videos.

  • Once we have received your claim, we will assess the situation. If deemed necessary, we may request that you return the product for inspection.

  • If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

    • Repair or replace the product, or

    • Provide a refund for the product, including the initial shipping costs (if applicable).

  • Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. RestNest by MFA will cover the cost of shipping for any replacement items.

3. Conditions for Returning Items

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

    • Be purchased directly from RestNest by MFA.

    • Be returned within the relevant timeframes specified above.

    • Include proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

    • Be in the same condition as received, without any damage (except in cases of manufacturer defects).

    • Have all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included documentation.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team at [email address] with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item, including the address of our Returns Department.

  • The customer is responsible for packaging the item securely to prevent damage during transit. RestNest by MFA is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return process.

  • Returns should be sent via a traceable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Exclusions

  • This return policy does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or any damage caused by improper care or use of the product.

    • Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as slight discoloration or small stains, that do not affect the performance or functionality of the mattress.

    • Any mattress that has been tampered with, altered, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized RestNest by MFA representative.

    • Returns based on customer preference for comfort or firmness levels after use.

6. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the product minus any restocking fees or deductions for damaged items.

  • Shipping costs for the initial purchase and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is found to be faulty or defective.

7. Australian Consumer Law Compliance

  • Our return policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • RestNest by MFA reserves the right to amend or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
